The magic of the early morning hour

The first hour after waking up is the most important. It is the time when you align with the ascending solar energy in the sky. The way you think during this one hour can transform your day, but if you pay attention to it every day it can also transform your life.

As soon as you wake up do not let your mind connect with worries or all the different tasks you have to do. Decide to get up straight away, have a warm drink, and sit somewhere quiet. The more inspiring the setting the better. If you have a garden, look at nature. If you are indoor sit in the most pleasant area of your home, maybe light a candle, or have some flowers near you. Just sit, stay in the present for a few minutes, observing your breath or just enjoying the quietness within. Then direct your energy towards your heart and feel or visualise what makes you very happy. Feel the impulse of the creative energy emerging from within with the knowledge that everything is possible, that your dream can become reality. Every action starts from a thought, from an impulse. The more your thought is positive, infused with life energy the more your action will have an impact in your life.

You will be amazed at what can manifest when you bring this habit in your life every morning.

Let me know how it has changed you.

Trust yourself, trust Life.
